ideal base for exploring murano and venice's vibrant sights
The hotel's prime spot made it super easy to hop on a ferry to see the stunning Doge's Palace and enjoy peaceful moments at the nearby Church of Santa Maria e San Donato, which is just a short walk away. as an added bonus, the staff were friendly and offered a convenient shuttle to the airport.

Highly Recommend for Couples Seeking Romance
The breakfast was a standout with high-quality Italian cheeses and coffee. The shuttle from the airport was quick and punctual, making the transition smooth, it’s important, trust me.
Sure, it wasn’t exactly cheap, but given the experiences, it was still within reason.

charming, charming, charming
I adored the stylish design of my spacious King Room with views of the courtyard—so serene! The complimentary boat transfer from the airport felt like a private adventure, making our arrival a breeze. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, especially the free-flowing Prosecco that added a festive touch to my mornings!
can recommend 😊💖

Awesome Stay with Stunning Views!
Had an amazing time in a beautiful suite! The split-level design was super cool and we loved the views of the canal. Free shuttle to the airport was such a bonus, way better than the ferry. Breakfast was pretty good, but the wait for room service was way too long. Still, the vibe felt classy and relaxed.

Had an awesome time with my friends at this hotel! It’s the perfect base for exploring Venice and visiting the islands. The staff were super helpful, and the free shuttle to and from the airport was a great perk. Just a heads up, try to book your restaurant visits in advance if you're particular about dining options in the area.
One downside was that the wi-fi wasn't very reliable and dropped out occasionally, which was a bit frustrating when we needed it for planning our outings.

All my thoughts, no sugarcoating
A chic hotel with pristine, contemporary decor, boasting comfortable rooms. The bar and terrace offer an inviting atmosphere. Excellent location near the canal and glass factories, making it easy to explore. Breakfast is delightful, though slightly pricey. Worth considering for families, especially given the spacious duplex suites, but keep an eye on room cleanliness.

The spacious duplex suite was lovely, but I missed a swimming pool.

missingWrote a review on Jul 22free shuttleduplex suitelimited complimentary water
We had an amazing time enjoying the free shuttle service which made our airport transfer a breeze, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious duplex suite. The spa offers relaxing treatments and the leisure room was perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. The only thing we missed was complimentary water in our room after the first night, but overall, it didn’t spoil our great experience! 🌟

missingWrote a review on Jul 14convenient locationmodern designthoughtful amenitiesinconsistent temperature
Great location right by the Museo water bus stop makes transferring easy with luggage. Rooms are modern, thoughtfully designed, and include convenient charging points on both sides of the bed.
The air conditioning system in the Duplex Suite was frustratingly inconsistent, leaving the room too cold, which made sleeping difficult. Arriving on a rainy day didn't help matters, and an additional charge for blankets felt unnecessary. One couch was broken, tipping to one side, while the bathroom could've used a few more amenities for comfort. Also, the nearby dining options were limited after evening hours, often leaving you scrambling for food once the sun sets and the island quiets down.

A Serene Escape in Murano!
Our stay was truly delightful! The cozy duplex suite offered comfort and charm. Enjoying drinks in the peaceful courtyard was a highlight. I recommend using the number 3 vaporetto for quick access to Venice. The staff’s warmth and hospitality made our experience unforgettable.

While the hotel’s location is perfect and the rooms are spacious, the breakfast experience fell short with limited variety and some service hiccups. A comfortable stay, but air conditioning issues were inconvenient. The staff were generally helpful, making it a mixed experience overall.

beautiful design , but disappointing dining
The hotel features an attractive design that truly enhances the overall ambiance. I appreciated the thoughtful addition of two daily water bottles and coffee capsules, which made my stay more comfortable. The reception staff were exceptional, providing clear directions to various attractions. Guests at the bar echoed my sentiment about the attentive and friendly bar manager, who ensured we felt welcomed.
Unfortunately, the restaurant fell short of expectations.
